If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund of the original purchase price. All return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of order receipt. The order receipt date is determined according to the date of the carrier’s confirmation of delivery. Items postmarked more than 14 days from the order receipt date will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For orders shipped within Florida, all sales taxes will be refunded. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed/uncleaned, unused, and undamaged. All merchandise tags must still be attached in its original manner. Merchandise not conforming to these policies will not be eligible for refunds. We will issue credit at our own discretion after a thorough inspection check of each returned item.

PlanetTogs will gladly exchange merchandise if a different color or size is desired. Customers wanting a completely different item need to return the original merchandise for a refund/credit and then place a new order online.

Sample Sale purchases are FINAL SALE. No refunds/credits/exchanges will be issued if the items are returned.
PlanetTogs accepts returns from international orders. International customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees plus any customs, duties, or other fees associated with the return. Additionally, international customers are responsible for any customs and duty paperwork that are required for shipment processing.
If the shipment has been returned to PlanetTogs because the customer has refused delivery and/or refused to pay the assessed entrance fees, the refund amount will be net of any additional delivery charges, duties, taxes, and miscellaneous fees that were summoned upon PlanetTogs because of delivery failure.
1) Place merchandise in the original vendor packaging (including vinyl garment bags)
and corrugated box.
2) Fill out the Returns Form on the back of the original invoice indicating your reason for return.
3) Enclose the Returns Form inside the package. Make a copy of the invoice for your records.
4) Mail your package using a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below:
