Designer, Gloria Coelho, outdid herself with this twist on the classic tweed suit.  Gloria loaded the collar with raw-edged tweed ruffles to enchance a woman's face.  For added panache, she cascaded matching ruffles down the right shoulder.  So very striking and oh-so classy.  (Classic tweed skirt sold separately)
